Ah I was happy for nothing :( I thought that Mr. Colman Chua was going to be away for reservist this week so that would mean that I would be able to go home early every single day of the week! But it turns out to be next week :( Oh well. Next week will be a happy week then! (:
And I am happy also because we missed a pharmchem prac today! :D I hope he won't be meano and make us have a make up :( What is the pharmchem assessment going to be like anyway!
Today was a very nice day! We had fiel cd recording and then 211 class party at ecp! I woke up at the very early hour of 6.30 and went to Tanjong Pagar MRT station where a grand total of 5 people were on time so we sat aound and tried to look like people who were ponning school xD Then Ya Kun french toast for breakfast! Then we practiced a little and recorded about 5 or 6 songs then we had to leave for class party.
I tell you I feel so inspired by all the very talented people in fiel! Like Rachel and Wenny can play the guitar so nicely. And so so many people can harmonise impromptu and so prettily. And everyone can sing so well! Oh well I shall be content with unmusical me haha.
I am so proud of myself Runting and Zhiying! We managed to find out way to ecp by mrt and bus when silly giraffe and her class whom we met at Bedok MRT and didn't trust us, took taxis xD
At ecp we, as usual, had to roller blade. Roller blading is like this thing I suffer through once a year during class parties BUT THIS YEAR WAS DIFFERENT (: Although Zhiying and I were totally not looking forward to the roller blading we found to our surprise that we were actually quite good this year! We were able to go quite fast in the correct kind of way, where you blade outwards instead of inwards, and we didn't fall on our butts after every hump! I AM HAPPY! I shall aim to become super pro at roller blading by the end of this year! WHO WANTS TO ROLLER BLADE WITH ME! :D
This year's class party had good food! Haha inspired by the 414 class party we decided to not bring chips this year and have proper food. So this year we only had TWO PACKETS of chips- haha so different from the party in sec 2 where the only food was chips xD
Then we played a little in the sand, went to sit at the breakwater, made a lot of egg sandwiches, played frisbee, took a lot a lot of photos for magazine covers and a lot of jumping photos. And we gossiped about male teachers and random things too!
OH YOU KNOW ecp has A LOT of cute little boys! I saw so many I couldn't count! By my favourite was the one I saw in the underpass who stuck his tongue out at me! :D
It was a happy day! And a happy weekend too actually! I cleaned out my entire room on Friday! And on saturday I watched John Tucker Must Die with church friends! It was funny! After that Kylie and I shopped around and looked a funny dresses and bought Sharan's birthday present. We had dinner with Ms Kong after that! It was silly that after FOUR WEEKS of arranging and arranging Yitian still couldn't make it for the dinner. :( Anyway it was a fun dinner and I got to eat a lot of things I hadn't eaten before at the new marche place (:
Happy days! I don't want all these to end :( But Kylie says that according to the book Tuesdays with Morrie (which is a good book! Everyone should read it :D) people who want to hold on to the present have led a very unfulfilling life so you don't want to move on to other things. Hm I think she is right. So! I shall just be contented and thankful. We shouldn't be too attached to the things of this world anyway! (:
